• Content promoting suicide, self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal activity
• Fraud, scams, phishing, forged identity documents, fake evidence, or misleading impersonation
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property, trademarks, copyrights, or publicity rights

Platform Abuse Rules

You may not:

• Attempt to bypass moderation, safety filters, credit accounting, rate limits, or access controls
• Use bots or scripts for abusive mass generation that harms platform stability
• Resell access to the service without written permission
• Use the product as a white-label or unofficial official-looking version of another model provider
• Misrepresent LongCat Video as endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with any model creator
• Upload content you do not have the rights to use
• Use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party provider terms

Brand and Trademark Use

You may reference supported third-party models only in a factual way. You may not present LongCat Video as the official website, official product, or official operator of any third-party model or trademark.

All third-party model names, product names, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Enforcement

We may review accounts, prompts, uploads, generations, and usage patterns when needed to maintain platform safety, stability, legal compliance, and payment processor requirements.

If we determine that your activity violates this policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Block the request or generated output
• Remove content
• Limit features or throttle usage
• Suspend or terminate the account
• Refuse refunds where abuse is involved
• Report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities when required
