No. LongCat Video is an independent AI wrapper that connects you to LongCat and other third-party models. We are not the developers of those models, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any model vendor. We add the interface, billing, safety rails, and support.

The Max plan includes 30,000 credits per month or 360,000 credits per year. Monthly subscribers refresh credits each month; annual subscribers receive the full yearly credits upfront.

Credits are deducted by model and settings. LongCat Image and Image Edit use 80 credits per image. LongCat Video uses fixed tiers by model: Distilled 480p = 150, 480p = 200, Distilled 720p = 250, and 720p = 300 credits per job. Kling v3 is calculated by duration: Standard costs seconds × 1,000 credits, Pro costs seconds × 2,000 credits, and enabling audio multiplies the Kling total by 1.5.

You return to the pricing page with the selected plan context preserved. You can retry, choose a smaller plan, or switch payment providers if one method failed.

Monthly subscription credits are valid for the current monthly period. Annual plans grant the annual credits upfront and keep them valid for the full annual period.

The hosted service includes the web interface, account system, billing, storage workflow, safety rails, support, and integrated video tools. Self-hosting the open weights is separate and requires your own infrastructure.

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the original purchase date. Once any purchased credits have been consumed or any subscription benefits have been used, the order is no longer eligible. These rules apply to one-time credit purchases and subscription renewals alike.

We answer every refund request within 3 business days; if we do not reply in that window, refunds may be auto-approved under our payment partner Creem’s policy, and approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after approval.

All payments are processed by trusted third-party payment providers and your credit usage is tracked in real time in your account. If a refund is approved, it is issued minus any applicable payment processing fees charged by those providers.

The credits come back to your account automatically and in full. A generation that ends as failed or canceled is settled with a full credit return for that job, and stalled jobs are closed by a scheduled reconciliation, so the credits return without a support request. This is a credit return, not a cash refund.
